Engoru, Mutebi offers a comprehensive range of legal services in every aspect of intellectual property law including trademarks, patent, copyright, franchising, licensing, distributorship agreements and technology transfer. We file trademark, copyright, patent and design applications at the Intellectual Property Department of the Uganda Registration Services Bureau. We also assist our clients with registration under the ARIPO regime for trademark registration.

We also handle intellectual property related litigation and opposition proceedings under the relevant judicial bodies.
