RECENT TRANSACTIONS
  • Successfully represented Sinohydro Corporation Limited on a procurement dispute before the PPDA Tribunal with respect to the procurement of the Mubende – Kakumiro – Kagadi (107) road project.
  • Represented China Chongqing International Construction Company, a construction company wholly owned by the Government of China on a UGX 24,000,000,000 dispute with Uganda National Roads Authority relating to the validity of a sub – contract that was executed under a civil works project.
  • Successfully representing ‘GeoTech Uganda Limited, a leading Geotechnical Solutions company in the great lakes region covering Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Sudan and Congo on a contractual dispute with an O & M company on the largest dam project in Uganda.
  • Successfully represented Butama Hydropower Electricity Company Limited on environmental dispute with respect to the construction of the of Sindila 1 & 2 Hydropower projects in Uganda.
  • Represented Sindila Hydropower company in relation to a criminal charges against the company and its employees relating to actions during the construction of hydropower dam in Uganda
  • Successfully represented the Uganda Railways Corporation and its Managing Director in execution proceedings that sought the arrest of the Managing Director and attachment of funds of the URC.
  • Successfully represented the former Chief Executive Officer of a roads authority in a criminal matter at the Anti – Corruption Court relating to UGX 24,700,000.00 road construction project.
