Prior to joining the firm, Priscilla was General Counsel at Eaton Towers Uganda, one of the leading tower assets companies in Uganda. She has successfully negotiated and implemented the sale and leaseback transaction of passive infrastructure from Eaton Towers to Orange and Warid Telecoms. She has amassed a wealth of experience in managing transitions and transfers of passive infrastructure assets in the telecom industry in addition to conducting due diligences and legal audits on passive infrastructure assets subject to transfers. Priscilla is conversant with asset finance, asset backed securities and negotiation of transaction documentation. She also is also a member of the Firms Real estate and conveyancing department. She is currently the corporation secretary of Huawei Technologies Limited.

Advised Hamilton LLC, a property developer based in Maryland USA on the financing of a real estate project for the construction of apartments in Kololo valued at over USD 5,000, 000. Advised on the Tripartite Vendor Financing Agreement between a regulated Internet and date service provider, Government of Uganda and an insurance company. Advised Mango Fund Inc. a financial and consulting services provider based in USA on its entire set up and subsequent corporate restructuring in Uganda. Advised a regulated Internet Service Provider on its prospective PPP with the Government of Uganda in respect to the digital migration project. Advised Huawei Technologies Limited on the operation and maintenance of the Uganda National Backbone Project in Uganda.
