Axian Group Limited: on a cross-border acquisition involving Wanachi Group Holdings Limited, an entity that is set up in Kenya, Malawi, Mauritius, Uganda, and Tanzania to inform the proposed acquisition of three (3) Ugandan entities.

Mastercard Inc: to assess a potential investment by way of convertible promissory notes into Airtel Mobile Commerce B.V based in Netherlands, in a transaction valued at USD $ 100 Million.

Standard Chartered Bank PLC & UKEF: on an ECA Backed facility to the Government of Uganda estimated to be approximately EUR 85.2 Million for the development and construction of 115 KM Kitgum to Kidepo Road in Uganda.

Uganda Electricity Generation Company Limited: on the proposed structure of a USD 7.5 Million Million Project Finance Term Loan from the African Import Export Bank for the construction of a dam.

UK Export Credit Agency (UKEF): on the amendment and restatement of the Euro 270 Million facility agreement entered into with the Government of Uganda for the construction of Kabaale International Airport.

EMF Microfinance Fund AGmvK: in respect of a USD$ 1.5 Million facility to Premier Credit Limited and a USD$ 1.5 Million facility to Platinum Credit Limited.
