Natalie is enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. She routinely advises both local and international clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters affecting domestic and foreign entities. Her practice covers compliance issues in mergers and acquisitions, competition and consumer protection, as well as capital markets. Notable matters she has handled include advising Cipla Quality Chemical Industries Limited on compliance with the mandatory 20% minimum free float requirement for companies listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange, and advising M-KOPA on the legal and regulatory landscape governing competition and consumer protection in Uganda.
