Collette provides ongoing support to clients on matters involving contractual enforcement, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Her advisory experience spans a broad range of legal areas, including financial regulation, property law, international trade, intellectual property, employment law, contract law, and energy law. Some of the notable matters she has worked on include advice rendered to Stitching Medical Credit Fund on a Working Capital Facility amounting to USD 800,000 to a leading medical company in Uganda as well as advice to Sustainable Energy Africa on the legal framework governing distributed generation in Uganda.
