- Successfully represented Financial Access Commerce and Trade Services Uganda Limited, a leading Credit Supply Chain provider and obtained a multi-million award against Frontier Logistics Limited.
- Represented a leading cosmetic brand, in an arbitration proceeding regarding the propriety of debt- equity conversion arrangements and a determination of interests amongst the shareholders.
- Advising Amono Engineering Excellence (U) Limited, on an arbitral claim for termination of a construction contract and quantification of damages arising from the said termination.
- Advising a Dutch Bank on the enforcement of an arbitral award obtained under a Cash Pool Agreement, under the auspices of the New York Convention.
- Currently, advising an American Financial Intermediary based in Washington DC, on the propriety of an arbitration claim against a developer of a barges project on Lake Victoria.
- Currently advising a Security Company in an arbitral claim arising from breach of a guarding contract and recovery of contractual sums.
