Phoebe is an Advocate of the High Court of the Republic of Uganda with a strong passion for dispute resolution, encompassing both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She regularly advises both local and international clients on commercial disputes and regulatory issues in all Courts of Judicature in Uganda. Some of the notable disputes she has advised on includes representing Uganda Railway Corporation in litigation and ADR proceedings which have been successfully concluded with costs awarded in favor of the client. She has also advised Financial Access Commerce and Trade Services (U) Limited in a dispute before the Commercial Court arising from breach of a Supply Chain Facility Agreement.
