Priscilla is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. Prior to joining the firm, Priscilla was General Counsel at Eaton Towers Uganda, one of the leading tower assets companies in Uganda. She successfully negotiated and implemented the sale and leaseback transaction of passive infrastructure from Eaton Towers to Orange and Warid Telecoms. She has amassed a wealth of experience in managing transitions and transfers of passive infrastructure assets in the telecom industry in addition to conducting due diligences and legal audits on passive infrastructure assets subject to transfers. Priscilla is conversant with asset finance, data protection and privacy, and conveyancing.
She currently leads the firm’s practice in Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Real Estate.
